Charge Nurse - Full-Time 3rd Shift

Full-time 12-hour shift Role: 6:00PM - 6:00AM Pay rate: $41 - 43 per hour (pay is based on experience) Additional $2 PM/night shift hours differential Additional 10% weekend shifts differential Your passion is optimizing the health and quality of life of older adults. Job Description: The RN Charge Nurse i s a strong leader who serves as a resource for the nursing staff, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal resident care. Registered Nurse Charge Nurse Assists with scheduling and ensures adequate staffing coverage. The RN Charge Nurse provides day to day support to the Nursing staff to ensure that resident care is carried out in accordance with Smith Village policies, procedures and standards.

Requirements
