Non-CDL Driver

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Sprinter vans and non-CDL box trucks to deliver windows, doors, and cabinets to residential and commercial jobsites.
• Load and unload products carefully to prevent damage to merchandise and customer property.
• Verify products against order sheets to ensure deliveries are accurate and complete.
• Secure products properly for safe transportation.
• Communicate with customers and team members regarding deliveries, delivery instructions, and any issues that arise.
• Complete routine vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance needs or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle and work area.
• Follow company procedures for safe driving, material handling, and delivery.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Education and Required Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate assigned delivery vehicles.
• Ability to safely load, unload, and handle windows, doors, and cabinets.
• Regularly lift, carry, and move up to 80 lbs., with occasional lifting of 100-120 lbs.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, climb, carry, and walk throughout the workday.
• Ability to work outdoors during loading, unloading, and deliveries in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, management, and team members.
• Commitment to safe work practices and courteous customer service.
• Composite- or steel-toe shoes required; annual boot reimbursement provided.
