Care while assuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness of care, and operational efficiencies to optimize patient flow and customer service to enhance the patient experience.The Clinical Director collaborates closely with their respective leadership team and the CMO to ensure the provision of effective quality medical service by assigned clinicians to the patients of the assigned clinical area.

The role is responsible for assuring clinical procedures are continually and systematically followed in practice, ensuring optimal performance in achieving patient safety, adherence to accepted standards of care, vigilance in risk management practices, satisfactory clinical outcomes, and continuous quality improvement.

In addition, the Clinical Director will directly provide acupuncture, chiropractic, or podiatry services to patients of True. Care in the assigned health center.Lead with Compassion. Your Role

& Impact. What We’re Looking ForA minimum of six (6) years’ experience in a leadership role within a healthcare organization.A minimum of five (5) years’ clinical experience in the relevant specialty.Bilingual (English/Spanish) as required or preferred by clinic site.Leadership experience providing medical care to underserved populations, especially at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or community health center that provides medical services to similar populations is preferred.

Board Certified or eligible for Board Certification as required by specialty’s scope of practice.Current and unrestricted State of California license for specialty.Current CPR certification.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for Healthcare Providers.Other certifications as required by the State of California for the specialty’s scope of practice.
