You won’t just review inspections—you’ll influence how homes are built, how teams perform, and how issues are prevented before they ever reach the homeowner. The Details Role: Regional Quality Assurance Manager Location: In-Person Schedule: Monday–Friday Type: Full-Time What Your Day Looks Like You’re leading quality across an entire region—balancing strategy and team development.
Regional Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and support QA Managers to ensure consistent inspections and reporting Train subcontractors and field teams on quality standards, processes, and new techniques Promote accountability while fostering collaboration across departments Quality & Continuous Improvement Monitor inspections to ensure uniform criteria and expectations across communities Analyze QA and warranty data to identify trends and prevent recurring issues Review warranty data and recommend operational or construction improvements Ensure consistent implementation of the Homeowner Guide across field teams Collaboration & Influence Partner with Construction, Warranty, Sales, and Municipal teams Provide feedback to Vice Presidents on specifications, plans, and field performance Maintain strong knowledge of building codes and industry best practices Planning & Accountability Develop and manage the QA department’s annual budget Ensure documentation, reporting, and follow‑through meet company standards Are You the Right Fit?
