Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive broker engagement and business growth in the broker distribution channel. Build and maintain strong relationships with key brokers and intermediaries to enhance collaboration and loyalty. Organize broker-focused events, seminars, and training sessions to promote products and services.

Design and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the broker channel, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives. Utilize CRM tools to track broker interactions and measure the effectiveness of marketing activities. Collaborate with product development and underwriting teams to ensure brokers are well-informed about new and existing products.

Conduct product training sessions for brokers to enhance their understanding and selling capabilities. Ensure all marketing activities comply with Hong Kong regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry. Proven experience working with broker distribution channels or intermediary networks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with brokers and internal stakeholders.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analytics. Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken). Cantonese is a plus. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
