Project Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION: Department: Quality Management Systems (QMS) Primary Area: Quality Systems, Documentation Management, Training Management & Risk Management Responsibilities: The intern should be able to: Understand the overall Quality Management System (QMS) framework and its interaction with site operations. Understand applicable Abbott Quality Policies, cGMP requirements, and site quality procedures.

Support management of controlled documents including SOP issuance, revision, review, and archival activities. Participate in training management activities through ISOtrain and related systems. Support Quality Risk Assessment (QRA) activities and risk management processes. Understand document control requirements and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Assist in review and maintenance of Site Master File and Site Quality Manual. Track QMS activities, training compliance, SOP periodic reviews, and risk management actions. Support quality system improvement initiatives and compliance monitoring activities. Independently complete a defined QMS-related project. Specifications: Pharm D Fresh or prior internship experience in the same industry Duration: 5 - 6 months The base pay for this position is N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
