High School Boys' Soccer Head Coach (Stipend)

Position: Head Coach Employment: Part-time / Seasonal stipend Reports to: Athletic Director About the Opportunity Chattanooga Prep Athletics is seeking a dedicated soccer coach who will develop our high school boys soccer student-athletes on the field and support their growth in the classroom. We are looking for a coach who sets clear expectations, builds positive relationships, and models accountability, sportsmanship, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and support purposeful practices, player development, and game preparation appropriate to the coaching role. Teach soccer fundamentals and strategy while building a disciplined, positive team culture. Prioritize academics, monitor student-athlete progress, and reinforce CP Athletics participation expectations. Communicate consistently with student-athletes, families, school staff, and the Director of Athletics.

Follow school, athletic department, and applicable TSSAA policies and procedures. Maintain appropriate supervision and support player safety and emergency preparedness. Coordinate assigned scheduling, travel, equipment, and program responsibilities with the athletic department.

Qualifications

Soccer coaching or competitive playing experience preferred, with strong knowledge of the game. Ability to mentor high school students and support academic and athletic development. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills; availability for practices, games, travel, and meetings. Ability to complete required background screenings, coaching credentials, and safety training before coaching.
