Essential Job Functions: Responsible for Division operations in the absence of the Superintendent/Assistant Superintendent; trains operators in the proper operation of Surface Water Treatment/Groundwater Treatment plant, pump station and well system; supervises and evaluates plant operators; conducts updates on regulations, safety, operating techniques, and testing; operates filter plant, pump station and well system as a relief operator as needed; prepares monthly work schedule for 24-hour operation of plant and pump station; conducts tours of plant for groups and individuals; orders water treatment chemicals and other supplies as needed; coordinates plant maintenance requirements with the...
