Job description
Essential Job Functions: Performs manual tasks involved in the maintenance, repair and rehabilitation of asphalt and composite streets including but not limited to: large and small roadway base repairs, shoulder repairs, level ups, walkways, driveways, joint and crack sealing, potholes and street patching. Operates such equipment as a jackhammer, air compressor, chop saw, chain saw, gas detector, hand tools, 2-yard dump truck and replenishes supplies.
Must be able to use asphalt tools, rake, shovel, walk behind pavement saw, large and small roller, asphalt paver. Must be able to operate haul truck, dump truck, asphalt distributor truck and backhoe. Depending on assignment, must have...
