Master Certified Automotive Technician - Sign-on bonus

Lupient Infiniti of Golden Valley is looking for a skilled technician to join a shop known for top-tier customer service. We're offering a generous sign-on bonus + flat-rate pay with serious earning potential, and we'll cover the cost of moving your tools.

What You'll Do

Complete repair orders efficiently and accurately to dealership and factory standards Diagnose and repair drivability, electrical, transmission, suspension, and exhaust concerns Service and repair EV and hybrid vehicles Perform preventive maintenance across the Infiniti and Nissan lineup What You Bring Infiniti/Nissan Master Technician certification (required) Nissan EV and/or Hybrid certification (a plus) A proven track record of strong flagged hours and quality work Sharp diagnostic skills and clear communication with advisors and customers A valid driver's license with a driving record that meets insurance standards What We Offer Pay: Flat-rate pay plan Sign-on bonus eligible Tool relocation: We pay to move your tools, so it costs you nothing to switch Schedule: Five-day work week Time off: Paid time off, sick time, and holidays Health: Affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance Protection: Company-paid life insurance, plus accident and critical illness coverage Future: Company-paid retirement plan Growth: Paid ASE and manufacturer certifications, tuition reimbursement, and a promote-from-within culture Extras: Pet insurance and employee and family discounts About Lupient Automotive Group For 50 years, the Lupient family has built a reputation in the industry and the community on one principle: doing the right thing.
