Job description
The Production Supervisor oversees production personnel, equipment, and processes across multiple manufacturing and support departments. Supervisors plan and assign work, guide daily goal setting, organize training, coach team members, and enforce compliance with company and government requirements. The Supervisor must guide and coach the efforts of team members to deliver on daily objectives, while helping promote a strong plant culture centered on Company values.
This position is responsible for continuous improvement in cost, quality, and service levels by employing facilitative leadership.
