Property Services Technician

The Properties Specialist provides hands-on support for the care, maintenance, organization, and overall readiness of a private residential estate. This position combines property maintenance, grounds support, exterior care, household assistance, and general estate operations to ensure the residence and surrounding property are consistently maintained to exceptional standards.

Working closely with Property Leadership, the Properties. Specialist will independently manage recurring responsibilities, conduct detailed inspections of the property, complete routine maintenance and upkeep, and identify items requiring additional attention. The individual in this role should be highly organized, observant, resourceful, and comfortable moving between indoor and outdoor responsibilities.
