About the role

Provide administrative and operational support to real estate agents and teams, helping manage leads, listings, client communication, and day-to-day tasks.

Key responsibilities

Manage CRM, leads, and property listings Handle emails, enquiries, and lead follow-ups Schedule appointments, inspections, and meetings Assist with property marketing and social media Prepare and organise documents and reports Assist with property-related administrative and conveyancing tasks as required Provide general administrative support About you: 1–3+ years' experience in virtual assistance, real estate, administration, or customer service Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal Experience with CRM systems (e.
