Client Success Manager

We are recruiting a Client Success Manager to join our client's team full-time. In this role, you will manage relationships with enterprise clients, drive product adoption, and oversee account renewals and expansions within our client's global structure. As part of the Client Success team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for strategic corporate clients, guiding them through system onboarding, platform training, technical support, and long-term account growth.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary account manager for enterprise clients to help them achieve their operational goals. Deliver end-to-end client onboarding, platform training, and ongoing user support. Provide technical troubleshooting and resolve operational platform issues. Monitor client adoption metrics and account health to identify expansion opportunities and mitigate churn risks.

Manage contract renewal processes and account growth within client organizations. Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to share client feedback and support product development. Provide functional guidance and mentorship to junior Client Success team members.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within the B2B software sector. Technical understanding of enterprise software ecosystems within large multinational corporations. Experience conducting client onboarding, system demonstrations, and user training. Ability to work effectively with global teams and clients across multiple time zones.
