Resourcive: Senior Consultant

The Senior Consultant owns assigned client relationships end to end, from initial scoping and kickoff through governance, delivery, and scope expansion. You will lead a team of consultants and an implementation manager, coordinate the technology practice leads engaged on your accounts, and act as the primary point of contact for client executives and their private equity owners.

Beyond managing delivery, the Senior Consultant is expected to actively listen for and develop new workstreams that create value for the client and revenue for Resourcive, while holding the full extended team accountable to the process and timeline. Because a slipping schedule directly risks the client relationship, urgency and milestone discipline are central to the role.
