What You'll Do

as a Program Lead Building trusting, person-centered relationships that respect each individual's dignity, choices, and independence. Supporting daily living activities, including personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks. Encouraging participation in community outings, recreation, appointments, employment, and personal goals.

Helping individuals build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve greater independence. Administering medications and maintaining accurate documentation. Creating a clean, safe, welcoming, and supportive home environment. Mentoring and serving as a positive role model for Direct Support Professionals. Advocating for the rights, choices, and well-being of the individuals in your care.

Helping support the daily operations and overall success of the residential program. Every day brings new opportunities to make a difference—for the people you support and the team you lead.

Qualifications

Previous experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) or working as a Direct Support Professional (DSP). At least 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license. Ability to become an approved company driver. Ability to pass a national background check. Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
