Machine Operator / Manufacturing Maintenance Tech - 1st shift

Machine operators and our Maintenance team members are critical to our success and some of the most important positions here at Lexington. The hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The pay starts at $25 an hour and increases depending on experience.

In this role, you will primarily set up and operate automated and semi-automated wood processing machinery, monitor equipment performance, and ensure consistent product quality. You will also be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, assisting with troubleshooting mechanical issues, and supporting minor repairs to keep production running efficiently.
