Locations: Portland, OR, Exeter, PA, or Mississauga, ON Work Environment: On-site/Hybrid possible Position Type: Collections / Accounts Receivable Turn follow-through into results. Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking an organized, persistent Collections Coordinator to help keep customer accounts current and payments moving.

Build business-to-business collections and accounts receivable experience Collaborate with AR leadership, customers, and teams across departments and locations About the Role As a Collections Coordinator, you will collect and process accounts receivable, support the AR team, and help resolve past-due balances through clear, professional communication.

What You’ll Do Assist team members and leaders with collection efforts Review monthly accounts receivable and target past-due charge account and COD account invoices, as assigned Make outbound calls and send faxes and collection letters to customers and to employees in other departments and locations, as requested by leadership Support leadership with inbound communications as needed Prepare and send external mail and overnight packages for AR staff Manage inbound and outbound communications for group email boxes, as assigned Perform other duties as assigned What We’re Looking For Must be bilingual in English and French (written and spoken); candidates who are not fluent in both languages will not be considered Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 1+ years of related experience Preferred Skills 2+ years of experience in business-to-business collections Benefits and Perks Medical, dental, vision, prescription, HSA, and FSA benefit options 401(k) with company match, company-paid life insurance, long-term disability, and short-term disability options Paid time off and company holidays Tuition assistance and scholarship opportunities for dependents Employee referral bonus program and employee purchase discounts Ongoing training, internal growth opportunities, leadership development, wellness resources, and Employee Assistance Program access Who We Are Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc.
