With a team of around 45 employees, our Service Center based in Porto is developing a dynamic nearshore business, offering the French and European markets an environment of excellence and high potential. Data Analyst This is your mission Are you passionate about data, business transformation, and helping organizations unlock value through analytics?

Then this position is for you. As a Data Consultant , you will act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, helping identify opportunities where data can drive innovation, efficiency, and better decision-making. You will bridge the gap between business and technology by translating strategic and operational needs into actionable data solutions and roadmaps.

Build side: Identify business use cases where data and analytics can create measurable value. Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and define priorities. Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements. Design scalable data solutions aligned with business objectives.

Define implementation roadmaps and support data transformation initiatives. Promote the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization. Contribute to data governance, data quality, and best-practice initiatives. Support innovation and continuous improvement projects leveraging analytics and automation.

Run side: Deliver data analyses and insights to support operational and strategic decision-making. Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using ETL tools, SQL, and Python. Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities. Monitor project progress and track deliverables using project management tools.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between expectations and delivered solutions. Produce reports, dashboards, and presentations for business and management audiences. Support users in understanding and leveraging data solutions effectively. Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of delivered data products.

This is your background You have at least 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Consulting, Data Management, or a similar role. You enjoy solving business challenges through data and are comfortable interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are naturally curious, analytical, and passionate about transforming complex information into actionable insights.

This is your expertise: Data analysis and business intelligence. SQL and relational databases. Python for data processing, analysis, and automation. ETL processes and data pipeline development.
