The Analyst

• Testing & Analytics independently performs retirement plan compliance testing, employer contribution calculations, client-data analysis, and plan-document review within established procedures, regulatory guidance, and departmental controls. The role manages an assigned workload, validates results for completeness and accuracy, communicates testing outcomes and corrective requirements, and supports internal and external stakeholders. The Analyst serves as a knowledgeable resource for routine and moderately complex questions and escalates novel, ambiguous, sensitive, or higher-risk matters to a Senior Analyst or department leadership. The position also participates in approved process, reporting, documentation, control, and automation improvements.
