Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive

Summary We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Executive to join our Customer Service team. In this vital role, you will manage the financial relationship with our clients by overseeing the billing lifecycle, ensuring timely payments, and resolving any discrepancies that arise. This position is crucial for maintaining healthy cash flow and fostering strong client trust through accurate financial reporting and effective communication.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end process of invoice generation and ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts. Lead efforts in resolving billing disputes by analyzing account details and communicating solutions to clients. Conduct proactive payment follow-ups and collections to minimize outstanding receivables and meet financial targets.

Utilize MS Excel to generate detailed reports on account status, aging, and collection performance. Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of payment delays and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

Possess a minimum of one year of professional experience within the Accounts Receivable or Customer Service domain. Demonstrate proven expertise in handling billing dispute resolution and managing payment follow-ups. Exhibit strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and report creation. Display excellent customer communication abilities to maintain positive client relationships.
