Life Enrichment Associate PT

The Life Enrichment Activity Assistant supports the planning, coordination, and implementation of recreational, social, educational, and wellness programs that enhance the quality of life for residents in a senior living community. This role assists in creating engaging activities that promote physical, emotional, cognitive, and social well-being while fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

The Activity Assistant encourages resident participation, provides one-on-one support as needed, helps organize special events and outings, and ensures activities align with residents' interests, abilities, and individual needs.
