Customer Relationship Executive

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of Digitide Solutions, representing the company and its brand. Your primary role is to ensure an exceptional customer experience by providing timely and accurate support. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, and resolving issues with a positive and professional attitude.

Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build positive, long-lasting relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and provide feedback.

Ensure data privacy and security by adhering to company policies and guidelines. Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to offer relevant solutions. Document and report customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement. Conduct market research and gather customer insights to enhance our offerings.

Assist in developing and implementing customer engagement strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the BFSI industry. A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for customer service. Analytical skills to interpret customer data and provide insights. Basic knowledge of data privacy regulations and practices. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
