Key Responsibilities

Manage reservation enquiries via phone, email, and booking platforms with professionalism Handle bookings from enquiry through to confirmation, ensuring accuracy at all times Provide exceptional guest service and maintain strong client relationships Step in as a back-up therapist when required, delivering high-quality treatments Coordinate schedules and assist with spa bookings and availability Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative duties Support overall hotel operations to ensure a seamless guest experience Requirements: Relevant spa or beauty therapy qualification Previous experience in reservations and spa environment preferred Computer literate with knowledge of booking systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, well-presented, and guest-focused Flexible and adaptable with the ability to multitask Package & Benefits: Salary negotiable based on experience Opportunity to work within a luxury hotel environment in Cape Town For more details on this role and to apply, contact us today!
