SAP Finance Architect

Location: Anywhere in the US, Preferable in Indianapolis, Atlanta. Chicago Type: Full-time (FTE)/ W2 Commitment: Full-time, 100% onsite in Indianapolis, IN, or a client location. Seeking a long-term commitment. Firm or Industry Type: Consulting Requirements Required Skills 12–15+ years of overall experience in SAP, with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO).

Proven experience leading at least two large-scale SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation programs. Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, including Central Finance, Group Reporting, and Finance Conversion. Strong experience in financial data migration, reconciliation, and compliance processes. Experience collaborating with global finance stakeholders, including CFO organizations, Controllership, and Shared Services.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills. Experience managing multi-vendor engagements and global delivery teams. Hiring Process: The interview process is strict and typically involves 3 to 4 rounds: HR Screening and comprehension assessment. Technical evaluation (potentially involving a panel).

A required final in-person meeting with management.

Benefits

$110,000 – $140,000 per annum, contingent upon technical evaluation results. (Base salary for consultant-level roles starts around $90K–$110K, with senior roles generally capped at $135K base).
