Manager, Enterprise Applications - Human Capital Management

Provides business-application leadership, functional governance, and operational management for Augusta Health's Human Capital Management environment, including payroll, human resources, timekeeping, scheduling, benefits, compensation, workforce data, reporting, and related business processes. Serves as the accountable business-application owner for UKG and successor HCM platforms and leads the application team supporting functional configuration, workflow design, reporting, application security, controls, adoption, and optimization.

Operates through a standing HCM governance model with Finance/Payroll and Human Resources leadership serving as executive functional partners in prioritization, design, readiness, and issue escalation.
