Senior Applications Analyst - Human Capital Management

Provides expert-level functional and business-application support for complex enterprise applications. Primarily supports the Human Capital Management environment, including UKG and related payroll, human resources, timekeeping, scheduling, benefits, compensation, workforce data, reporting, security, and business processes.

Analyzes user needs and implements, optimizes, supports, and troubleshoots applications while guiding other team members on complex issues. Serves as a bridge among the HCM application team, Payroll, Human Resources, Finance, operational users, vendors, and Information Technology while maintaining disciplined testing, documentation, data integrity, controls, and support practices.
