Instructional Assistant position available at Spring-Ford Area School District's Spring City Elementary School Are you looking to make a difference in the life of a child? Spring-Ford Area School District Welcome Video ! Full Time 10-month position available at Spring-Ford's Spring City Elementary School . This position will be in Autistic Support. Experience working with students with special needs is preferred but not required. Must meet the Paraprofessional Highly Qualified Requirements: All individuals entering the paraprofessional field are required to be Highly Qualified.

Individuals are required to hold an Associate's degree or higher, or have earned at least 48 credits post-secondary training or have passed a rigorous local assessment in reading, writing and mathematics. Pathways to becoming a special education teacher are available through a partnership with Point Park University for the ABCTE program. This position is part of the PSERS retirement system.
