Marketing Operations Coordinator

Are you highly organised, proactive and skilled at bringing people, projects and priorities together? Bapcor Networks is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our Marketing team. You will be the central coordination point for JAS Auto Electrical Parts, supporting the planning, communication and execution of key business initiatives.

Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations and Branch teams, you'll help coordinate promotions, product launches and business activities, ensuring stakeholders remain aligned and initiatives are delivered successfully. In addition to coordinating activities and stakeholders, you'll support performance reporting, business planning and decision-making by ensuring accurate data, meaningful insights and strong governance processes are in place. You'll bring structure, visibility and accountability to projects, helping teams stay aligned while identifying opportunities to improve business performance and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate promotions, product launches and business initiatives Maintain activity and promotional calendars Support marketing planning and promotional execution Track actions, timelines and key deliverables Prepare reports, performance updates and planning documentation Analyse activity and performance data to support business decision-making Coordinate stakeholder inputs and follow up on actions and outcomes Support governance processes, reporting accuracy and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure teams remain aligned on priorities and deadlines About You Experience in marketing coordination, project support, operations support, sales support or a similar coordination role Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively across diverse teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify insights Commercial awareness and sound judgement when supporting business initiatives and decision-making Strong attention to detail and follow-through Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach Comfortable coordinating activities, tracking progress and driving actions to completion Bapcor is the leading provider of automotive aftermarket parts, accessories, equipment and services across Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
