We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and inventory management functions.

This role is critical to ensuring installation teams have the products, equipment, and materials they need to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The Warehouse Manager will oversee inventory accuracy, receiving and distribution activities, warehouse safety, project staging, purchasing, and facility operations while driving efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement across all warehouse processes.

In this role, you will serve as the primary leader for our Warehouse team, reporting directly to the Field Operations Manager. You will oversee inventory accuracy, receiving, shipping, product staging, fleet coordination, and warehouse operations while driving efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement across all processes.

A strong focus on operational excellence will be essential. You'll establish inventory controls, monitor key performance metrics, ensure timely product availability, and maintain compliance with company safety standards. You'll also play an active role in hiring, onboarding, coaching, and developing warehouse personnel to build a high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing: Lead, coach, and support the Warehouse team to ensure safe, efficient, and organized daily operations Maintain warehouse security, cleanliness, organization, and OSHA-compliant safety standards Oversee inventory management, including cycle counts, inventory accuracy, ORCA administration, and inventory reporting systems Coordinate and stage materials for upcoming installations, ensuring all products and supplies are available at least 72 hours before scheduled projects Manage receiving, scanning, bin location tracking, and unloading of incoming inventory and product shipments Purchase and maintain inventory levels for stock items, specialty materials, consumables, and installation supplies Partner closely with Production and Operations teams to forecast material, inventory, and equipment needs Monitor project costs by ensuring receipts, invoices, and materials are accurately allocated and tracked Maintain warehouse equipment, company vehicles, and facility operations, including waste management and general upkeep Drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes, inventory control, and operational efficiency while supporting exceptional service to internal teams What We’re Looking For: Previous warehouse management, logistics, inventory control, or distribution leadership experience Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills Experience managing inventory systems and warehouse operations Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and improve operational performance Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse management software systems Team-oriented, hands-on leadership style Why Join Renewal by Andersen: Competitive base salary with monthly performance-based bonuses Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, life) Financial wellness offerings, including HSA contributions and 401(k) Paid holidays and PTO to recharge and reset Employee discounts on our premium window and door products Our culture is built on accountability, collaboration, excellence, integrity, and trust.
