What We Don’t Do: Bureaucratic bottlenecks Dead-end roles Coffee that tastes like regret We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Project Manager who is ready to take full ownership of complex manufacturing projects, drive execution across departments, and ensure projects move forward efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Full ownership of projects from planning to final delivery Managing project costs, budgets, profitability, and overall project efficiency Coordinating cross-functional teams including R&D, purchasing, production, and other stakeholders Driving project execution and ensuring deadlines are met Monitoring BOM completion and ensuring all materials and components are secured on time Identifying supply chain risks and cooperating with suppliers to resolve issues proactively Direct communication with customers regarding technical specifications and project updates Supporting fast decision-making and problem-solving in a dynamic manufacturing environment Cooperating with external suppliers and manufacturing partners Continuously improving project coordination and operational processes Previous experience in Project Management within a manufacturing environment Experience with complex manufacturing or contract manufacturing projects Strong understanding of production processes, supply chain, and purchasing coordination Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders Ability to work under pressure and make quick operational decisions Strong ownership mindset and proactive approach Hands-on personality with strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Experience with ERP systems/SAP is an advantage Senior level: ideally 10+ years of Project Management experience Referral bonus 400€.
