Senior Clearing & Settlements Product Manager, Regional Operations

Build deep domain expertise in the eCommerce clearing and settlement ecosystem, including financial operations, payment flows, and marketplace-related processes Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from identifying business needs and defining product requirements to solution design, development, launch, and ongoing optimisation Lead development of key features supporting financial reconciliation, risk management, and regulatory compliance, ensuring solutions are scalable, sustainable, and user-centric Drive the transition of manual, offline processes into automated, systematic online solutions Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

A master’s degree is advantageous but not required Minimum 4 years of full-time working experience At least 3 years of full-time experience in technical product management, technical program management, or analytics-heavy product experience Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities and data-driven decision-making mindsets Good interpersonal skills and comfortable engaging stakeholders from both regional teams and local markets Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members Adaptable, open-minded, and thrives in a dynamic environment Frequent user of AI tools
