We are looking for an Onboarding & Implementation Specialist who can lead customers from post-sale hand-off to successful go-live with clarity, ownership, and precision. Experience: 8+ Years Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in ERP and accounting integrations to design, build, and own integrations for a B2B SaaS platform.

This role requires strong backend engineering skills, deep understanding of accounting and Procure-to-Pay workflows, and proven experience integrating with major ERP/accounting systems. Hands-on ERP integration experience and proficiency with AI development tools are critical requirements for this position. Core Technical Skills - 8+ years of software engineering experience

• Own ERP/accounting integrations from architecture through production.
• Design new integrations and enhance existing integrations.
• Build reliable and scalable synchronization frameworks.
• Troubleshoot complex ERP, API, data-mapping, and production issues.
• Ensure data integrity, idempotency, reconciliation, and recoverability.
• Translate accounting and business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Handle customer-specific ERP requirements while maintaining scalable product architecture.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
• Write clean, secure, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Review technical designs and pull requests.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Collaborate effectively within a distributed, remote engineering team.
• Proactively identify and drive technical and product improvements. Domain Knowledge
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay and accounting workflows, including:
• Purchase Requests | Approvals | Purchase Orders | Receiving | Accounts Payable | Invoices | Expenses | Vendors | Chart of Accounts | GL Coding | Taxes | Payments | Budgeting Experience with Procurement, AP Automation, ERP, Accounting, Fin. Tech, or B2B SaaS products is strongly preferred. Ideal Candidate We are looking for a senior engineer who combines:
