Procurement Manager

Connectalents, the leading Recruitment & HRO company in MENA, is currently hiring a Procurement Manager for a prominent real estate developer that focuses on building modern residential, commercial, and administrative projects across key areas in Egypt. Job Role Develop procurement strategies aligned with the company’s projects and business objectives.

Oversee the procurement of construction materials, equipment, subcontracting services, and project requirements. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and contractors to secure competitive pricing and quality. Ensure timely delivery of materials and services in line with project schedules. Monitor procurement budgets, control costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Review purchase requests, quotations, and contracts to ensure compliance with project requirements. Coordinate with project management, engineering, and finance teams to align procurement with project needs. Manage supplier relationships and evaluate supplier performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable regulations, and quality standards.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. 7–10 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a managerial role. Proven experience in real estate development and construction procurement. Strong negotiation, supplier management, and cost-control skills. Good knowledge of procurement processes, contracts, and supplier evaluation.
