Environmental Services Aide

Earn $16.75 to $17.75 an hour as a full-time Environmental Services Aide at The Lutheran Home in Arlington Heights. The shift runs 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, so there are no early mornings, and you can get your pay daily through Daily Pay. The Lutheran Home is a faith-based skilled nursing community, and we welcome team members of all faiths and backgrounds.

What you'll do

Clean resident rooms, restrooms, and common areas Strip, wax, and buff floors using commercial floor-care equipment Clean and reset the dining room before and after meals Remove trash from resident rooms, common areas, and workstations Follow cleaning and infection control steps that protect residents' health What you'll need Required: Experience using commercial floor-care equipment (stripping, waxing, buffing) Preferred: Housekeeping or environmental services experience, especially in healthcare or senior living Pay and benefits $16.
