Maintenance Technician II

Perform maintenance and repair tasks across residential, office, and hotel properties with an emphasis on kitchen equipment repairs. With some experience in trades such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and equipment repair. Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and respond to emergencies with high professionalism.

The Maintenance Technician II works independently to complete assigned work orders, perform routine inspections, and maintain detailed records of repairs, parts usage, and equipment conditions. Additionally, they are expected to contribute to team efforts across multiple areas of the engineering department, assist with emergency functions, and maintain the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer service.
