Customer Service Representative

Description Customer Service Representative | $20–$24/hour This is a fully in-office position; remote or hybrid work is not available Join Haffner’s and help us deliver an outstanding experience to our customers! We’re looking for an experienced, customer-focused agent who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys solving problems from start to finish.

What You’ll Do: Assist customers by phone, email, and in person Resolve delivery, service, and account-related questions Take ownership of customer concerns and provide timely follow-up Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Promote Haffner’s products and services to existing customers Support accounts receivable calls and statement processing Work collaboratively with the Customer Service team What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high-volume environment 1+ year of experience in the heating or energy industry Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and remain customer-focused in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings or weekends during peak periods, where applicable Compensation: $20–$24 per hour, based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
