Tasks: Providing company-wide technical support Installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners Monitoring, maintenance, and testing of company-wide systems and networks Troubleshooting of network issues Assisting in technical onboarding of new employees and users Asset Management Ordering of new equipment Requirements About You: Excellent communication, people management and problem-solving skills Good navigation of Windows, Printers, and Networks Relevant technological certifications in Microsoft and Cisco Ability to work as part of a team
