Physical Therapist

PRN Physical Therapist – Cedar River Healthcare Center Pay: $50–$65 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: PRN / as needed Cedar River Healthcare Center is looking for a PRN Physical Therapist to join our rehab team. This is a great fit if you want flexible hours while helping residents regain strength, mobility, and independence.

What you’ll do: Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled physical therapy services Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries Work with the rehab team, nursing, and families to support resident goals Supervise PTAs as needed What we’re looking for: Current PT license in the state (required) Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred, but not required New grads welcome to apply Strong communication and teamwork skills Why join us: Flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and a supportive rehab team.
