We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven General Manager to lead our Holiday Inn team in Manahawkin, NJ! This exciting property features a restaurant and an adventure park , offering a unique opportunity to oversee a dynamic hospitality operation with multiple guest experiences.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who can inspire their team, drive operational excellence, and deliver outstanding service across all areas of the property. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and compliance with brand standards. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, develop, and motivate team members while fostering a positive, collaborative workplace culture. Financial Performance: Manage budgets, control expenses, monitor revenue, and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.

Restaurant & Adventure Park Operations: Collaborate with department leaders to support seamless operations, maintain service standards, and create memorable guest experiences across the property. Guest Relations: Address guest concerns professionally and promptly while maintaining high standards of hospitality. Sales & Revenue Growth: Partner with sales and revenue management teams to maximize occupancy, revenue, and profitability.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, brand requirements, health and safety regulations, and applicable employment laws. Communication & Accountability: Maintain strong communication with ownership, corporate leadership, department heads, and team members to support overall property success.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in hotel management, preferably as a General Manager or in a senior hotel leadership role. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing budgets, financial reports, labor costs, and operational performance. Ability to lead multiple departments and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A strong commitment to guest satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence. Restaurant, food and beverage, or entertainment venue management experience is a plus.
