GTM Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the go-to-market team of a procurement technology company as a hands-on commercial leader. You will bring practical strategic procurement expertise to enterprise sales, building opportunities from discovery through close and helping shape how the team serves customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Originate commercial opportunities and drive them through the sales process to close.
• Build relationships with C-level executives and procurement leaders at large German enterprises and Mittelstand companies.
• Lead consultative discovery on procurement strategy, negotiation performance, spend visibility, and supplier risk.
• Run customer and partner workshops that connect procurement expertise to business opportunities.
• Coach sales, business development, and deployment colleagues to engage credibly with procurement teams.
• Represent the business in executive meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
• Share customer, market, and competitive insights with product and company teams.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in strategic procurement; 3 to 5 years is preferred, with no stated maximum.
• Experience working with large enterprises and larger Mittelstand businesses in Germany on strategic procurement.
• Direct engagement with C-level executives and procurement heads, including Einkaufsleiter stakeholders.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Commercial drive, ownership, and comfort working in a changing, founder-led environment.
• Experience originating, advancing, and closing commercial opportunities, and leading consultative discovery.
