Position Overview

The Director

• Life Sales will assist the Assistant Vice President and/or Vice President in providing leadership in the continuing development, procurement, and implementation of Life sales and Medicare Supplementment our multi-line states. The Director is responsible for providing direction, managing assigned departmental objectives, overseeing assigned staffing and expenses, ensuring the development and engagement of employees, and directing implementation for long-term strategic needs and initiatives.
