Talent Acquisition Manager

Horizon is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager at our corporate office in Getzville, NY. The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that supports current and future company growth needs. This role manages the full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt positions, partners closely with leaders and hiring managers, develops sustainable talent pipelines, strengthens employer branding, and uses recruiting data to improve hiring outcomes.

This role also oversees internship program strategy and operations, building/strengthening relationships with colleges, universities, and community partners to create meaningful early-career talent pathways.
