Key Responsibilities

Check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently Process all payments according to established hotel requirements Provide local information and assistance to all guests and visitors with travel needs Provide prompt, courteous and efficient handling of all requests for guest room reservations, changes, cancellations and information Provide prompt, courteous and efficient handling of all incoming calls and assistance for outgoing calls that transpire through PBX.

Also plays an integral part in assisting with emergencies, (fire, medical, power/system failure) by contacting the designated personnel for immediate assistance.

Qualifications

1 year (Required) Hospitality: 1 year (Required) This position requires flexibility with scheduling including weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays Must be able to handle large volume of check-ins and check-outs on a daily basis Cash handling experience is a must Excellent customer service, communication and computer skills are required Hotel experience or luxury retail is required This position requires standing for entire 8 hour shift.
