Job description
Main Responsibilities
- Provide support on Corporate Actions event (Mandatory & Voluntary) processing for local & global markets across product types Perform daily reconciliation of cash and securities positions to ensure accuracy and to identify reason / root cause of discrepancies Provide support on ensuring relevant processing/reporting are properly processed at pre-defined cut off, and to comply with regulatory and bank policy on risk standards Manage CA related matter with external and internal stakeholders Manage exceptions that may arise and ensure timely and appropriate level of escalation pertaining to client-impacted issues Support ad hoc projects assigned by team head / section head. Liaise with business partners on user requirements, participating and monitoring pre- and post-system enhancement/deployment till project timeline Work closely with checker on the assigned area Requirements
- University graduated / Degree holder in Banking and Finance or related disciplines 5 years hands-on experience on Corporate Action processing, experience on trade settlement / Custody / Client facing will be an advantage Knowledge on Bloomberg, SWIFT 15022 / 20022, MT & MX messages, CMU, CCASS, DCASS, Euroclear, Clearstream, RTGS, QDII, QFII, Multifonds, Megara Languages: English, Cantonese, Mandarin Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate complex matters clearly and concisely Highly self-motived, detail-oriented, high degree of flexibility to take up new tasks Proficient in VBA and Excel Marco would be an advantage To apply, please submit your application along with your resume to recruithk@asia.ccb.com.
