About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of high-end residential interior projects. The role involves planning, procurement, scheduling, quality control, and coordination of MEP services to ensure seamless project delivery. The ideal candidate will manage client communication, supervise site execution, and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to deliver projects within committed timelines and quality standards.
This position requires strong leadership, risk management, and stakeholder coordination skills across multiple project sites.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client communication and ensure excellent client experience Deliver projects within committed timelines and desired quality standards Gather and share project information with stakeholders Maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and designers Ensure execution at site as per standard execution processes Track and plan site activities as per master project schedule Identify risks and plan alternate site execution strategies Verify contractor and supplier bills based on site measurements Monitor procurement and material planning for projects Coordinate MEP services and site execution activities Supervise site progress and ensure adherence to quality standards Coach and train project executives on execution and reporting standards Implement project tracking techniques and reporting mechanisms Manage vendor coordination and contractor performance Ensure proper documentation and project reporting Key Skills and Qualifications Strong project management experience in residential interior projects Experience in high-end / luxury residential interior execution Client communication and stakeholder management skills Project planning, scheduling, and tracking expertise Vendor, contractor, and supplier management Procurement planning and material coordination Quality control and site supervision experience MEP services coordination knowledge Risk identification and mitigation skills Team management experience (3–4 members) Knowledge of material and labor market rates Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Qualification: B.
Arch / B.E.
