What You Need: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a healthcare role.

What You'll Do

Assist Director with the development of the annual marketing plan, strategy with advertising, budget and branding goals. Develop the design of the organizational strategy map annually and illustrate strategies through stories, articles, and promotional materials created throughout the year. Prepare and update community benefit report for community conversation events and related functions.

Prepare on-going marketing strategies/plans alongside other company executives, providers and staff. Develop weekly digital newsletter Develop campaigns to increase newsletter subscribers and social media followers. Manage web-site content for organization's external website. Use analytics to study website behavior and make adjustments in marketing activities, being aware of trends and statistics.
