Job description
The Facilities Lead will help lead operations within the Facilities Department by supporting the maintenance, repair, and overall upkeep of resort facilities. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll assist with daily work assignments, coordinate repairs, support preventative maintenance efforts, and ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for guests and team members.
Ideal candidates have facilities or maintenance experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment while embodying Jamul Casino Resort’s F.I.R.S.T. values (Fun, Integrity, Respect, Service, Team).
