Sr Advanced Test Engr

As a Sr Advanced Test Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and executing advanced test plans and procedures to ensure the quality and reliability of our products. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement advanced test strategies to ensure product quality and reliability Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define test requirements and specifications Lead and manage a team of test engineers to execute test plans and procedures Monitor and analyze test results to identify areas for improvement Provide technical guidance and support to team members YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics Minimum of 5 years of experience in test engineering Strong knowledge of test methodologies and tools Experience in managing and leading a team Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills WE VALUE Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Mechanical Engineering (ME) Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to drive results and meet deadlines Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Continuous learning mindset Ability to adapt to changing priorities
