Hair Stylist

Job Title: Hair Stylist Job Type: Full-Time Location: New Holland, PA Salary Range: Commission based pay, based on experience, 30%-50% commission. Job Overview: Are you passionate about helping clients look and feel their best? Country Roots Hair Studio is seeking an experienced and talented Hair Stylist to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment services to clients
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in the industry
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Build and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business
• Assist in promoting and marketing salon services Requirements:
• Valid cosmetology license
• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist, ($500 bonus if you bring a client list with over 100 clients)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends. (typically two evenings a week)
